1:1 Music Therapy

Individual music therapy sessions are designed around each person’s unique strengths, interests, needs, and goals.

Sessions may include songwriting, singing, instrument playing, improvisation, movement, music listening, and other creative experiences. No musical experience is needed.

I work with children, teens, and adults, including individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, ADHD, down syndrome, mental health needs, substance use disorders, neurologic conditions, dementia and memory loss, and more!

Goals are different for every person and may include communication, emotional regulation, self expression, social skills, confidence, attention, executive functioning, pain management, motor skills, coping skills, independence, and overall quality of life.

Each session is personalized to meet you where you are and use music in a way that feels meaningful to you.
